Merry Christmas everyone!!

Early dolls

I am really missing miniatures and determined to get back to them in January. Enough of real life getting in the way!!!! I miss the great feeling one gets from creating............I'm sure life will run more smoothly if I am too. 

I just received an email that had a couple of photos of a toddler girl and boy that I had sculpted a few years ago. A couple of my favorites and I thought I would share them. 

HAPPY HALOWEEN

I went to a baby reading hour yesterday with my daughter and little Grandson at a local library. They had requested that the babies arrive in costume. It was the sweetest event. So many darling costumes!! Our little Gideon enjoyed himself.

 

Busy RL in the way of minis

Still really busy with my sweet Grandson and Mother. Finding it hard to get to my miniature world that I love. I do see a dim light at the end of the tunnel though so I feel like I am getting closer!! I can't wait!! Brilliant creative work you are all doing. I love when the opportunity arises looking at all of your accomplishments. So inspiring. In the meantime I am completely smitten with my darling little Grandson Gideon. Probably one of the sweetest babies I have been around. He is so mellow and still smiling all of the time. A really happy boy. He is almost crawling and we are having so much fun seeing all of the changes he goes through. A treat to have a baby in the family again. 

 

New baby

GIDEON is doing so well and smiling all of the time. Hard to do miniatures when there is this special one in my life. I am loving being a Grandmother. Thank you for all of the comments from my last post. I was hoping to reply but time slipped away. I have an order for a doll and hoping to start on it soon. My sweet customer has been patiently waiting. Now with this live model I am anxious to see who I can make.
